Dometic Traveller Holding Tank Toilet
Product Description
The flush water for the Traveller is drawn from an independent pressurised water supply. The Traveler conserves water efficiently while flushing into a permanent holding tank completely each and every time.
Material Difference: Made from the highest grade vitreous china, Traveler 500 toilets surpass their plastic counterparts. Porcelain gives the toilet bowl a tough, long-lasting finish inside and out that retains its shine year after year. That’s because its nonporous surface won’t scratch, stain, rust or fade.
European Styling: provides comfortable seating height and a deep bowl
Water efficient: Water level adjusts with a simple lift of the handle to ensure precise control and smart water usage. Powerful flushing system uses about a 0.5L of water for each flush.
Anti-splash: rim design helps prevent spills.
Superior function: the exclusive self cleaning ball with teflon 'seal locks' out holding tank odours and ensures fresh, clean operation.
Different mounting heights: with 2 height options, there is a Traveller toilet to meet your needs.
The Universal bolt pattern lets the Traveller replace virtually any RV toilet which uses a permanent holding tank

Review by Steve (Posted on 14/09/10)Love the deep bowl
We live fulltime in our bus and it is so nice to have a regular size toilet. I only have one complaint, to fill the bowl with more water one must lift up on the pedal and that is awkward sometimes when I don't have shoes on. Otherwise it works great. -

I had this model in my motorhome and liked it. However, I didn't realize how much difference it makes until I got a new 5th wheel with a different flush/fill lever. You push it all the way down to flush and HALF way down to fill. Yeah. Try doing this in the dark. Or if you have a balance problem, you watch the water dribble in and then wobble a little and it's gone! Being able to fill by simply pulling up on the lever is so much faster and more reliable! Definitely worth the cost to trade out! -

We really like the new toilet. The full-size seat is just like homeThe foot flush is easy to use. The toilet flush seemps plenty powerful - just in case of serious conditions. So far, I have no complaints and would recommend one of these china-bowl beauties to anyone still using an old plastic toilet in their motorhome.
