Orders can only be sent within New Zealand. Overnight freight may be arranged however this is not covered in our free freight promotion. Free Freight does not apply to sea freight (with exception of Cook Strait) If you are outside the mainland North and South Islands (eg. Waiheke, Great Barrier, Chatham, Stewart Islands), please contact us for a quote
Once payment has been received your order will be dispatched. This is usually done within a few hours however it may be the next day depending on the circumstances. Where possible we use a door to door courier service. If you don't receive your goods within a reasonable time please email us and we'll do a Track and Trace the parcel for you.
We cannot accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit, however details of any claim should be advised to us immediately and we will work with the carrier on your behalf to obtain a speedy and successful outcome. - Privacy & Security
- Privacy is very important to us and your details will never be passed on to a third party. We understand that you may concerned about the security of online transactions. You can rest assured that transactions are safe and secure. In the transaction area we use state of the art data encryption known as ‘Secure Sockets Layer’ technology (SSL). You'll know when you enter a secure area because the 'http://' in the website address bar is replaced by 'https://' (the 's' standing for 'Secure').
- Returns & Replacements
- In the event that you have changed your mind about a product you’ve purchased, we will only accept the return if it's in the original unmarked packaging (including any accessories, manuals and documentation) and item is in a re-sellable condition. You must first contact us within 14 days of purchase to discuss reason of return. If appropriate, we’ll issue you with a return number and address. For items sent with free shipping, actual shipping fees will be deducted from your total refund amount. Returns are subject to a 10% administration & restocking fee.
- Ordering
- Orders can be made over the phone or via our secure online store.
While browsing our online store, you can add a product to the Shopping Cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. Once you have finished adding products to the Shopping Cart, finish your order by clicking the "Checkout" button. This can be found at the top bar of the website. You will be directed to the Checkout where you enter your Contact Details, Payment Method and submit your order request.
We will personally reply to confirm products are available. We'll give you a delivery date estimate (usually 2 days after payment has been received) and email you an invoice or receipt.
If you are paying by Credit Card, we won't process your payment unless items are in stock. If you are paying by Bank Deposit or Cheque, payment instructions will be included in our email invoice.
We don't always have all products in stock. In this case, the product will be sent to you directly from our supplier/manufacturer.
All items are sent with a courier (usually within 24 hours of payment being received). If you have any queries please feel free to Contact us. - Warranty
- All products come with a 1 year manufacturer / distributor warranty (unless otherwise stated). The purchaser must keep the original invoice as proof of purchase.
In the event of a warranty claim; We will try use a local service agent to fix the fault however the customer may be required to ship the product back to us / service agent. Shipping is not covered under the warranty. If the product is found to be defective due to improper installation or misuse, the warranty coverage will be declined. Should we determine the product to be faulty, it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Should a replacement product be unavailable, we will credit the original purchase price of the product.
Additional damages or costs attributed to a product defect are excluded from the warranty e.g. we cannot pay for plumbing costs if a sink is found to be faulty after installation.
