Orders can only be sent to addresses within New Zealand.
Your order will usually be dispatched the same day payment is received however it may (occasionally) be the next working day. Where possible we use a door to door courier service.
Expected delivery time is usually 1-3 working days. If the order is being delivered to a rural address, please allow an additional 2 working days. If you don't receive your goods within a reasonable time please email us and we'll do a Track and Trace the parcel for you.
If you require an overnight courier, please call us for a quote.
The freight charge is automatically calculated when you add a product to your ’cart’.
If the NZ delivery address is outside the North and South Islands (eg. Waiheke, Great Barrier, Chatham, Stewart Islands), please contact us for a freight quote. Our automated online freight quote (or any freight promotions we offering) only apply to North & South Islands.

- Privacy is very important to us and your details will never be passed on to a third party. We understand that you may concerned about the security of online transactions. You can rest assured that transactions are safe and secure. In the transaction area we use state of the art data encryption known as ‘Secure Sockets Layer’ technology (SSL). You'll know when you enter a secure area because the 'http://' in the website address bar is replaced by 'https://' (the 's' standing for 'Secure').

Items can only be returned with the express approval of RV World.
In the event that you have changed your mind about a product you’ve purchased, you must contact us within 7 days from the date of supply.
Goods accepted for credit or refund (at our discretion) must be delivered at the buyer's expense in the original condition and packaging (including any manuals and documentation).
We almost always subsidise the freight charge on orders. If an item is returned, the actual shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount and a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. This is to cover administration and handling. -
- Ordering
- Orders can be made over the phone, via email or our secure online store.
While browsing our online store, you can add a product to the Shopping Cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. Once you have finished adding products to the Shopping Cart, finish your order by clicking the "Checkout" button. This can be found at the top bar of the website. You will be directed to the Checkout page where you enter your Contact Details, Payment Method and submit your order request.
We will personally reply to confirm products are available, give you a delivery date estimate and email you an invoice or receipt.
If you are paying by Credit Card, we won't process your payment unless items are in stock. If you are paying by Bank Deposit or Cheque, payment instructions will be included in our email invoice.
We don't always have all products in stock. In this case, the product will be sent to you directly from our supplier or the manufacturer.

General
Where we accept the buyer's order these terms and conditions form the entire agreement between us and the buyer and no other understanding, representation or warranty forms part of this contract.
Any condition contained in the buyer's order which is inconsistent with these conditions shall have no effect unless it’s accepted in writing by us.
Any variation or cancellation of the buyer's order shall have no effect unless accepted in writing by us. If order has already been dispatched then the above ‘returns’ conditions apply.
Orders
Ordering goods (online or otherwise) constitutes an offer by the buyer to buy in accordance with these terms and conditions. RV World’s acceptance occurs (and the contract is formed) when the goods are dispatched to the buyer.
Delivery
RV World reserves the right to dispatch the order in one delivery or by multiple deliveries. Failure to deliver any instalment shall not entitle the buyer to reject the contract for any instalments already delivered. The buyer may cancel any undelivered instalments provided we are unable to re-supply.
Any quotation of delivery times by us is made in good faith and is an estimate only. RV World shall not be bound by such quotation.
RV World will select the method/type of delivery and determine the applicable delivery fees to apply.
Damages or Loss in Transit
Before signing for the delivery the buyer must thoroughly ensure the complete consignment as per the transport company's note has been received (there are not shortages) and there is no visible damage to the outer packaging. If there are any concerns, the transport company’s note must be endorsed accordingly.
As per strict transport company conditions, damaged items must be reported to RV World and the transport company within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for an insurance claim on the items.
While no liability for goods damaged or lost in transit will be accepted by RV World, details of any claim should be advised to us so we can work with the transport company to achieve a favourable outcome.
Return of Goods for Credit or Refund
Items can only be returned with the express approval of RV World.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of supply.

RV World's Liability and WarrantyUnless otherwise specified, the warranty period is 1 year.
The buyer shall ensure that the goods ordered are fit and suitable for the purpose for which they are required and RV World is under no liability if they are not.
In the event of a warranty claim we’ll try use a local service agent to fix the fault however this is not always possible. The buyer may be required to send the item back to RV World or our service agent in a fully packaged condition. Shipping is not covered under the warranty.
Once the goods have been inspected, the judgment of the manufacturer or service agent is considered correct and final and can’t be disputed. If the defect is not a warranty issue or if it is due to improper installation (or misuse), the warranty will be declined and the buyer shall be liable to pay for any expenses incurred during the claim process.
Should the product be determined to be faulty, it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Should a replacement product be unavailable, we will credit the original purchase price of the product.
RV World’s liability of any defect in (or failure of) the goods supplied, or for any loss, injury, or damage, is limited to the replacement of the goods or repair of the defects. RV World is not liable for consequential, indirect or special damages or loss of profits under any circumstances.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, inappropriate or improper operation, lack of maintenance, incorrect installation, modification or adjustment of the item.
RV World’s liability under this contract and the warranty in this clause is confined to the buyer named in this contract. The warranty is not assignable without our prior written consent. At the termination of the warranty period all liability on RV World ceases.
Property and Risk
Ownership of all goods sold is retained by RV World until full payment is received. This provision is designed to protect us in the event of bankruptcy, receivership or liquidation of the buyer, a seizure of goods by a creditor of the buyer, or default in payment.
Until full payment is made the buyer must ensure the goods are identifiable as the property of RV World and maintained in good condition. The buyer must return the goods immediately if called upon to do so by us.
The buyer shall reimburse us or any agents for any costs (including legal costs), expenses, loss or damage (including such to any third parties) in respect of the exercise.
All money owing by the buyer shall become immediately due and payable.
The value of such goods seized shall be assessed as the lesser of current market value or the invoice value at the time of sale and may be subject to a restocking fee as above. Any excess after satisfying all of the buyer's payment obligations will be paid to the buyer.
Errors or Omissions
Sometimes, but not often, we make a mistake concerning the price or availability of a product. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or the item becomes out-of-stock, RV World shall have the right to refuse or cancel an order placed for the product(s) listed at the incorrectly. If the customer has already been charged for the purchase, RV World will refund the charge.RV World is entitled at any time to correct any errors (whether clerical, computational or otherwise) in any advertising, quotation or invoice. Due to administrative processes, errors may be discovered up to 30 days after the goods have been delivered to the customer. We will notify the customer promptly if any error is discovered with the option of a return for a full refund.
Compliance
The buyer shall be solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permits under and for compliance with all legislation, regulations, by-laws or rules having the force of law in connection with the installation and operation of the goods.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any matters or disputes connected with this site will be governed by New Zealand law and will be dealt with by the New Zealand Courts.
